Stand and Be Counted (SBC) Theatre is set to unveil its much-anticipated interactive recipe book on 25 October, coinciding with the Intercultured Festival. The book has been created during Soap Box Bradford's weekly creative programme with people seeking sanctuary (including refugees, asylum seekers and migrants).
The book contains a mix of recipes from different Muslim communities, providing a platform for participants to link back to their stories, cultures, and countries.
The book will be launched during an open workshop run by SBC Theatre, featuring fun activities including live readings, music, a communal meal, games, and dancing!
