Work with us!

01 June 2021 | Amal Team

Join our Amal Team

Amal is recruiting for two team members to take on our new and exciting roles of Community Engagement Coordinators.  Based in our hub locations of Birmingham and Bradford (one in each), these Coordinators will be critically important to the success of our new cornerstone programme, Amal Connects.

The purpose of the Coordinators’ work will be to ensure that the arts and culture projects Amal supports in our hub locations meet the needs, aspirations and priorities of Muslim communities and are as effective as possible in meeting Amal’s objectives.  They will also support the development of greater capacity and confidence amongst partners to work with Muslim communities.

We will be welcoming applications for these roles until 18 June.

Do you have community engagement skills and experience from the youth, community or arts environments? Do you have a strong understanding of and close connections to the diverse Muslim communities of Bradford or Birmingham? If so, apply to join our team! You can see the multitude of projects we have supported across the UK in our media gallery

Visit our people page for a job application pack or apply via our recruiter page on Charity Jobs.
